We Are The Only Change On The Ballot
Citizens!
One thing we’ve said from time to time over the years on the campaign trail is that you and me – we the people – are the only change on this ballot. It’s true; we can accept the status quo this November, or we can make some changes.
The status quo is ruining our country. We are led by a man of no moral or intellectual substance, and he is being enabled by a Congress, a media, and an electorate that prefers to appease him rather than challenge him on anything. A man of no moral or intellectual substance, we have been treated to the witlessness of Canada as the 51st state, the horror of masked federal troops in our cities killing people, and the war in Iran, which is as illegal as it is immoral.
We really have two choices this Election Day: we can grab the bull by the horns and make some changes, or we can accept the status quo, an America whose Congress, media, and voters are content to appease Donald Trump and let him steamroll and bully his way to what he wants.
I’m running for Congress because no current members of Congress deserve to be there. I want an America at peace with itself and the rest of the world. An America that works for everyone and that we can be proud of again.
More than anything, I want some common sense in these uncommon times. If you do, too, I deserve your support.
