Had the pleasure of doing an interview today with Peter Marcus of the Durango Herald. One of his first questions was what separates me from the other two candidates. It didn't even have to put a lot of thought into it. The answer was easy:

I am the only peace candidate on the ballot.

This was true in 2014 when I ran for the United States Senate and it is true today.

I also told Mr. Marcus our nation has been at war every day since 1989 and then I asked him the following question:

What if we had been at peace every day since 1989?

I took the liberty of answering that question for him. If America had been at peace continuously since 1989 9/11 would not have happened and ISIS wouldn't exist. The world would be infinitely more peaceful and there would have been fewer mass shootings in our country because we would not have violent citizens.

Friends, America cannot sustain perpetual war forever. There's no way. Eventually it will spell the end of the American experiment. We will be tossed aside the scrap heap of history with, among others, the Roman Empire and the Soviet Union.

We are not going to have a peaceful world without a peaceful America. The time has come to give other nations the dignity of conducting their affairs without the benefit of US interference.

It's true, I am the only peace candidate on the ballot

If you, too, would like to see the world produced by an America at peace, vote for me November 8th. You and me - we the people - are the only change on this ballot, so let's go and get the government we want on Election Day.

I'll lead the charge.
Let's go!

Yours In Liberty,
Gaylon
